Rochor is one of the first as well as the largest region in Singapore. It is home to major shopping malls. It is one of the regions where tall buildings are located. The region has numerous entertainment joints as well as prestigious restaurants. Government offices are also located here not forgetting the amazing sceneries. It is ideal for tourists from other countries as well as locals. The region came to the lime light back in the year 2003. One of the prime areas in the region is the Verge which is known for its capacity to hold major shopping centers.
Other places include the Little India where the verge lays to the southern area. One of the major buildings in Rochor is known as the main building which sits on the junction of two main roads. The two roads are named Serangoon and Sungei roads.
At the junction of Perak and Sungei roads is where the verge region rests. The main building and Chill building are found at the verge, separated by Clive road. This is where Tekka shopping mall is found which lays right opposite the Tekka center. The year 2008 saw Tekka shopping mall refurbished. This was on 16th July. The refurbishment lead to the mall changing its name from Tekka to Verge. Tekka center is located in Little India, right at the heart of Rochor and is a small shopping center. The building has several floors in which the first-floor hosts hawker’s center. The hawkers center is divided into stores in which various goods are sold. This includes Indian vegetarian meals which are wrapped in banana leaves as well as stain free plates. Along Indian vegetarian meals, Chinese vegetarian meals are also sold here. The government of Singapore takes pride in the region of Rochor because, it is a major contributor to the growth of economy.

I received wonderful service from Jimmy. He reached our location at the agreed timing and proceeded to analyse the situation with our broken lock and explained how he will fix the problem. When we enquired more on the different lock models available for replacement, he was not pushy and explained the pros and cons of each model. In the end, we selected what we thought suited us best. Great & prompt service and I feel very lucky that I found this shop from google! Our main door lock suddenly got spoiled which caused unable me to get in the house on sunday morning. I was exhausted and tired after long walk and grocery shopping. They promptly helped to open the door and replace new one at reasonable price. Not over & hard selling and it's in fact cheaper than other 2 places that I compared. They explained well whats wrong and how they are going to fix it. Keep up the good work! We were very happy and pleased with David's service. He was very focussed and professional, managed to pry our door open in less than 5 minutes. He even offered us advice on how to ensure that we dont end up locking ourselves out of our bedroom again. Alan, the locksmith , was friendly and was fast in his response. After listening to my situation. Takes pride in his skill and he went the extra mile to help me tighten my wooden door (screws were loose due to fair wear and tear), my padlock and even helped me drill a hole on the floor for my wooden door side panel to secure the door. Fast and efficient service, arrived in my house in 30 minutes and finished unlocking the door in 1 minutes time. I am glad that I am still able to use this door lock after unlocking the door lock. Really recommend for emergency door-unlocking.
