Mandai is one of the major regions in the northern part of Singapore. It is one of the regions having major backdrops in Singapore. It is home for Singapore zoo as well as night safari. Other amazing features in this region includes the Mandai crematorium as well as Colombarium. The two serves as major landmarks in Mandai region. Mandai is home for the Sembawang Golf course as well as the Sembawang Hot springs. The name Mandai originated from a tree known as the Mandai tree majorly found in this area.
The year 2012 brought a major change to the region since this is when River safari and the new river-themed park were officialy opened. The two are located just next to the Singapore zoo as well as the famous night safari. The area is famous since it is mostly used by the military for training purposes. The training camps are located in various regions. The regions include, Asrama also called Ulu sembawang, Mandai Bumbong, Kwok min among others. The training camps are spread around Mandai town making it a major government residence.
The region has experienced massive growth with the government setting up major facilities to facilitate the military training. Such facilities include the new bird park as well as rainforest park. The fact that major training camps are located here, security is of great concern. Major buildings have recently been set up making the region attractive than before. The area is home to major shopping centers and other businesses as well. The number of residents keep growing due to the foreigners who come to invest here. The area has a moderate population. Geographical features among others things makes the region ideal for military training. Being a planning area, Mandai region holds a potential to grow. This can be evidenced with the modern buildings coming up in the recent years. Population is set to go hire as well.

I received wonderful service from Jimmy. He reached our location at the agreed timing and proceeded to analyse the situation with our broken lock and explained how he will fix the problem. When we enquired more on the different lock models available for replacement, he was not pushy and explained the pros and cons of each model. In the end, we selected what we thought suited us best. Great & prompt service and I feel very lucky that I found this shop from google! Our main door lock suddenly got spoiled which caused unable me to get in the house on sunday morning. I was exhausted and tired after long walk and grocery shopping. They promptly helped to open the door and replace new one at reasonable price. Not over & hard selling and it's in fact cheaper than other 2 places that I compared. They explained well whats wrong and how they are going to fix it. Keep up the good work! We were very happy and pleased with David's service. He was very focussed and professional, managed to pry our door open in less than 5 minutes. He even offered us advice on how to ensure that we dont end up locking ourselves out of our bedroom again. Alan, the locksmith , was friendly and was fast in his response. After listening to my situation. Takes pride in his skill and he went the extra mile to help me tighten my wooden door (screws were loose due to fair wear and tear), my padlock and even helped me drill a hole on the floor for my wooden door side panel to secure the door. Fast and efficient service, arrived in my house in 30 minutes and finished unlocking the door in 1 minutes time. I am glad that I am still able to use this door lock after unlocking the door lock. Really recommend for emergency door-unlocking.
