Locksmith Choa Chu Kang

 During this period the village residents were farmers who cultivated gambier and pepper. Later, they moved to grow pineapples and coconut plantations. Nowadays, the area has quickly developed under the planning of the Housing and Developments Board whose ambition is to convert Choa Chu Kang into a modern township. These developments started in the 1980s, and they replaced the villages in phases. The developments of HDB blocks began in categories called Neighborhoods. There are now eight neighborhoods, all completed and occupied.

Choa Chu Kang has several parks like Choa Chu Kang Park, Tenbesu Park, Limbang Park, Stagmont Park, and Yew Tee Park. The sports venues and recreational centers in the area are Choa Chu Kang Stadium, Choa Chu Kang mega playground, And Choa Chu Kang Swimming Complex. There are also shopping centers and mega shopping malls, the main mall being Lot One. Schools and medical facilities are also available in the region and can easily be accessed by the vast road and train connections. One of the fascinating things about Choa Chung Kang is the link between the bus stations and the train station to create a continuous flow of passengers in the region. There is an automatic driverless railway system called Bukit Panjang LRT which cut across the town and also connects the city to the neighboring planning areas. The bus service at the Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange connects the train station to the central shopping mall Lot One using various routes across the town. Choa Chu Kang has an excellent infrastructure layout across the town which improves the movement of people from one place to the other. The availability of recreational facilities like the stadium coupled with good infrastructure makes it a suitable town to host social events.
