Novena is one of the many planning areas based in Singapore. It is geographically located at the central region of Singapore bordering other major cities. It is constrained by Toa Payoh to the northern side and Bukit Timah to the western side. One of the antique traditions of Novena is devotional prayers which were based on Christianity. The prayers were privately as well as publicly participated. Novena city is home to various great amenities since the time it was discovered. In its center, there lays the Novena square shopping mall.
The mall is right above the Novena MRT Station and it is owned by Novena square investments. The mall serves the residents within the entire region. The mall began its operations in the year 2000. It seats on three floors and has 160 stores. Other major shops found around the same area includes Starbucks, cold storage as well as Harvey Norman.
The year 2001 saw the construction of a new bus stop located at Novena MRT Station. In the year 2006, Novena shopping mall underwent a major upgrade and was rebranded as velocity@Novena square. The geographical location of this region has banks next to it. Some of the major banks located around the mall include, POSB and UOB. Resent developments have seen more major shops come up adding to the glory of the region. The region is home to many individual both local and foreigners venturing in businesses. Major projects are expected to complete by the year 2030. Such projects include a modern hospital, a modern medical school as well as step-down amenities. A national center for communicable diseases is also coming up within the region. As a cosmopolitan region, Novena is fast growing and still extending its horizons. The population is growing denser and this is a sign that there is potential for more growth.

I received wonderful service from Jimmy. He reached our location at the agreed timing and proceeded to analyse the situation with our broken lock and explained how he will fix the problem. When we enquired more on the different lock models available for replacement, he was not pushy and explained the pros and cons of each model. In the end, we selected what we thought suited us best. Great & prompt service and I feel very lucky that I found this shop from google! Our main door lock suddenly got spoiled which caused unable me to get in the house on sunday morning. I was exhausted and tired after long walk and grocery shopping. They promptly helped to open the door and replace new one at reasonable price. Not over & hard selling and it's in fact cheaper than other 2 places that I compared. They explained well whats wrong and how they are going to fix it. Keep up the good work! We were very happy and pleased with David's service. He was very focussed and professional, managed to pry our door open in less than 5 minutes. He even offered us advice on how to ensure that we dont end up locking ourselves out of our bedroom again. Alan, the locksmith , was friendly and was fast in his response. After listening to my situation. David Lee was very prompt, he is honest and his workmanship is very professional. Takes pride in his skill and he went the extra mile to help me tighten my wooden door (screws were loose due to fair wear and tear), my padlock and even helped me drill a hole on the floor for my wooden door side panel to secure the door. Fast and efficient service, arrived in my house in 30 minutes and finished unlocking the door in 1 minutes time. I am glad that I am still able to use this door lock after unlocking the door lock. Really recommend for emergency door-unlocking.
