Outram region acts as home to numerous major public structures. Some of such structures includes Singapore General Hospital (SGH) among many others. The region is home to many Professional health hubs. The hubs are managed by Singapore Health Services (Sing Health) alongside the Central Narcotics Bureau. The Police Cantonment Complex also plays a part in management. Among many educational institutions, Outram Secondary School is located in nearby York Hill. Some of the other social amenities are also available in the region. Outram Park MRT Station is one of them which houses the Health Sciences Authority. The facility is located along Outram road where Block 9 lays as well. Mortuary@HSA is also located around the same area.
A tall building known as the Alumni is located at the junction of Outram road. The building once housed the Department of scientific services (DSS). The department was later relocated to HAS building which is its current location. The region has accommodated change in terms of structures as well as technology. The year 1858 saw the Municipality name the Outram road after Sir James Outram who was a British general. Beside the Outram road, lays Havelock Road which was named after Sir Henry Havelock who was also a Major-General. The two Generals were both British army leaders. This was during the Indian rebellion in the year 1857 The Outram road has Sepoy lines as well as Police station right at its end. Around the police station, there is a parade ground. The Sepoy lines and sepoy plain have their names referring to the shootings experienced in the year 1915. The shooting saw 47 sepoys lose their lives at that time. Focusing on Singapore, many regions have what it takes to be considered modern cities. Outram has not been left behind and bares numerous features that adds up to Singapore’s fame.

I received wonderful service from Jimmy. He reached our location at the agreed timing and proceeded to analyse the situation with our broken lock and explained how he will fix the problem. When we enquired more on the different lock models available for replacement, he was not pushy and explained the pros and cons of each model. In the end, we selected what we thought suited us best. Great & prompt service and I feel very lucky that I found this shop from google! Our main door lock suddenly got spoiled which caused unable me to get in the house on sunday morning. I was exhausted and tired after long walk and grocery shopping. They promptly helped to open the door and replace new one at reasonable price. Not over & hard selling and it's in fact cheaper than other 2 places that I compared. They explained well whats wrong and how they are going to fix it. Keep up the good work! We were very happy and pleased with David's service. He was very focussed and professional, managed to pry our door open in less than 5 minutes. He even offered us advice on how to ensure that we dont end up locking ourselves out of our bedroom again. Alan, the locksmith , was friendly and was fast in his response. After listening to my situation. Fast and efficient service, arrived in my house in 30 minutes and finished unlocking the door in 1 minutes time. I am glad that I am still able to use this door lock after unlocking the door lock. Really recommend for emergency door-unlocking.
